Will Only Jehovah’s Witnesses Survive Armageddon?

Chicago Bible Students Elder and Friends of Jehovah’s Witnesses Administrator, Peter Karavas spoke to the congregation on Sunday Dec. 18, on the topic:  Will Only Jehovah’s Witnesses Survive Armageddon?  Is this lifetime the only chance for repentance and life?  Is there any future hope?  Will family members who have not jointed the JW Organization perish forever in eternal death?  What does the Bible say?

Jehovah’s witnesses hope and plan as individuals to be survivors through the great tribulation. Only at the tribulation does God choose those ones of the earthly hope assigning them with ‘sheep’ status those of the heavenly hope are finally sealed joining Christ in heaven.. So no one is saved now that is latest gb teaching.

    Hope you are well Daz

Didn’t come to condemn but save. Rev 19 has him un-saving a lot of humans.

Matthew 23:13, “‘Alas, alas for you, lawyers and Pharisees, hypocrites that you are.” Missing where he is saving these people. 23:15 he tells them, ‘you make him twice as fit for hell as you are yourselves.’

Wouldn’t it be wonderful after saying that he would have said, Keep doing your bad, I have saved you all, I just wanted to let you know how disgusting you are, but don’t I got you covered. Hell is not that bad. Ill get you out.

But that line where he says, Go on then, finish off what your fathers began!23:32

But everyone here gets along good, so that is a good thing.

How would you explain Rev.19 where Jesus is responsible?

Hi Randy, hope you are well. Sorry I am not sure what your point is. Jehovah God is ultimately has the overall power but he has given Jesus all authority to work on his behalf; Matthew 28:18 – And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth”.
Thessalonians 5:9 – For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Hi Randy, just as Peter says, they WILL be held accountable & the promised ressurection has been put in place, my point was that & Jehovah & Christ do not desire any to be destroyed, we have a choice, we either accept & faith God & Christ & the coming kingdom or we don’t! Through his loving kindness & merciful arrangement Jehovah has given us all that opportunity that choice.

      Warm & loving regards,
      Daz

There many other Christians that are loyal to Jehovah & Christ, infact many Christians have broken away from the watchtower organization because of the society’s doctrines & misdirection. There also those who study the bible independently & try to follow in Christ’s ways, these ones aren’t part of any denomination for certain reasons, I guess one reason is tht they do not wish to get tied up in any type of false religion.
As I said, there are many followers of Christ that are not Jehovah’s witnesses, it seems that if you truly love & have faith in Jesus & defend him then YOU will surely be amongst those mentioned during the last days that will be persecuted in one form or another, for example there is no mention of any other reason for being persecuted apart from what Jesus clearly tells us, “on account of MY name” is what he states.
All authority has been given to Jesus by Jehovah so it Christ who will be the judge as to who are loyal to him & his Father.
Romans 10:9 says; if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, YOU will be saved.
John 10:16 says; And other sheep I have which are not of this fold; them also I must bring, and they will hear My voice; and there will be one flock and one shepherd.
Jesus did not come into the world to condem mankind, he came into the world to save mankind!
There is no indication that it will be one paricular group/organization of people that will be saved, this is clearly stated in 1Timothy 4:10 says; For to this end we both labor and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Savior of ALL men, especially of those who believe. Also see Romans 10:10; For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess YOUR FAITH and are saved. Also 2Peter 3:9; The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but EVERYONE to come to repentance.
