Acts 2:18 – “on My menservants and… maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days” NKJV
And so God poured out His holy spirit upon the Church “in those days” on Pentecost.
Acts 2:17 – “in the last days, says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on ALL flesh” NKJV
But God will pour out his spirit on ALL flesh “in the last days,” in his Kingdom on earth.
